Spiritual Care and Counseling
Greetings! For over 12 years I have served individuals, couples, and families who struggled with issues surrounding the loss of purpose and meaning in life, the anguish that accompanies a separation from some significant person or career, the anxiety which walks closely with death and dying, and the wounds that are created by relational discord. Today I continue these and other services as a licensed associate professional counselor to adults who strive toward healing, greater meaning, and lasting fulfillment in their own lives and in their relationships.
On a personal note, I'd like to share my ambitions since it influences my style of therapy. I strive to become more authentic as I grow older. Nearing 50 years of age, I find that becoming genuine as a person is rewarding both for the soul and for my significant relationships. However, this course of life isn't easy for two reasons: (1) We are taught early on to deny our core expressions; and (2) We live in a society that calls for greater conformity at the expense of one's own voice.
If you are seeking for someone to explore your sense of self without judgment and to discover deeper fulfillment when relating to others, please feel free to contact me at the telephone number below to set up for a "get to know you" meeting. Or if you simply wish to inquire about therapy in general, don't hesitate to dial. I handle your call with the upmost importance.
Warmly,
Kevin Quiles

"Spirituality isn't a set of creeds or some affiliation with a recognized religious body. Instead, spirituality consists of any human ability to design meaning on the corners of one's life--the wanted and the not so wanted--and on one's relationships. In this sense, we are all spiritual."
